I am mad at myself for missing my friends call last night like 3 diff times cause i didn't hear it ring.. Also, today i skipped weights before work. I had to skip my run because my legs hurt to much, but I will run tomorrow morning thats for sure. My goal is to be back down to a 34-36 wiast again (that means they fit me really loose at 34-36) in 3 months. If I can crack back down on my workout and maybe get in some swimming in. I'll be back to that easy. If things get going well enough for me at work and all. i might get a personal trainer for a few months at a local gym to help crack me back in to the shape i was in when i did everyones favorite black & white pictures. OK back to work now for me. Hugs and kisses to all my people that know i'm thinking about them...
