But when they call back, I'm going to press 2 and hang up, then scream at you like I'm completely insane when I get called back 3 more times because I wasn't smart enough to follow directions in the first place and stay on the line. :D

That woman needed to be slapped. >.>

Dude.. we followed up on it.. she called back AGAIN about 5 minutes later, because the tow truck wasn't there yet. He gave her an extra ETA of about 15 minutes because the tow guy was having trouble finding her.. 5 minute ETA, call back in 15.. HMM.

She placed a complaint about all the AC's that took her calls. The supervisor listened to said calls and overrided all of them. ¬.¬
