(no subject)
now that i'm back in tallamahassee and have a internet connection that is not dial-up, i will put forth the effort to make a recap post of what's been occurring in my ever so interesting life as of late.
we'll just go back and remember a few of the days from last week, because well, who can remember more than that? not me.

wednesday:
drove to atlantic beach to meet up with scott for lunch. atlantic beach is beautiful. it's my new favorite place. it reminds me of the keys. i want to marry it and have all of atlantic beach's babies...or maybe just live there at some point in time. we had some lovely martinis (key lime pie and i think mine was melon). after that it was off to st. aug and then to a bar, jack's, with sarah, eli, and kevy d. then to sarah's house for some quality bonding time with sarah...and if you know me well enough you'd know that that means drinking, dancing, and lots of hilarious conversationing.
thursday:
beach, gator, and then at 11pm...jak and i drove to springfield, ohio. during that 15 hour drive i slept a total of 40min and jak slept probably 20min. he drove most of the time on account of the incessant rain. we arrived at his parent's house friday afternoon and took an hour nap before hitting the town. while we were there: we ate just about the largest man made burgers on the face of this planet, saw the roots at a free concert, crashed the wrong wedding reception (which was basically the point of the trip), saw a mini grad prix, hung out in some sweet ass basements, and i had the pleasure of meeting a lot of really entertaining people.
i don't know why i didn't take more pictures while i was there.

current events:
i will be packing up my worldly possessions and little linus and moving back to st. augustine for the summer. i have been offered a nursing assistant job there that i can not refuse. 40hrs. a week for awhile then when the other CNA comes back it'll probably drop down to 20. it pays well and there was talk of a generous supply of snacks and juice boxes included in the deal.
