Power...
God only comes to them according to their power. When God gave the Torah to Israel, if He had come to them in the fullness of His power they would not have been able to withstand it. But He only came to them according to their power.

Power is something we all have to a certain amount. Each person has it to a different extent. G-d's Power is unlimited, whereas ours has limits. We can build on those limits, however. We can increase our Power. The more Power we have, the more of the Divine we can understand, because comes to us according to our Power, not his.
Power is a point on both the Iron Pentacle and the Pearl Pentacle (though it's sometimes called Liberty on the Pearl). Most people have Power on the Iron out of balance, either with too much focus on Power, leading to tyranny and oppression, or too little Power, leading to weakness and powerlessness. (I tend toward the latter.) It's important to have Power in balance with the rest of the points. Understanding Power in the Pearl has Liberty as the key. Power is the Liberty to do what you need to do and to empower others to do what they need to do.
Sixth Letter:Do not do what you desire - do what is necessary.
