ugh -- i'm so bad at updating -- so much has been going on -- not really exciting stuff -- but stuff
let's see ...
-- last thursday i went to this social on campus for this organization called Texas Sweethearts -- it's not a sorority or anything, but I think that since it's such a big school that you have to get pledged into it and everything. They do things for community service, go to all the UT sports games (mostly basketball) and for the football games they get to go onto the field and get the best seats -- and i was looking at their pictures from last year on their website and one of the guys from the OC came to their tailgate at a UT game -- which I don't like the OC, but I know a lot of you do, so anyways -- there were some nice girls there and of course girls that were even more snobby than I can get sometimes -- but this thursday is their last social and the meeting and then you found out if you made it next week -- if that doesn't work out though then I'm joining a sorority next semester anyways -- Adrian says that they're for ditzy sluts -- but they seem fun -- so w/e
-- well, even though there's a lot that has gone on the most exciting thing is that right now Adrian is finally on his way to Texas with his sister, brother in law and niece -- they're supposed to meet his sister's friend 4 hours south of here, but we'll see how that goes since they're predicting that Hurricane Rita is supposed to hit Texas and even rain really badly up here in Austin -- so hopefully -- i'll get to pick him up this weekend or early next week!!! -- yay!!! -- can't wait!!
ugh -- now, i have to get to my 2 hour oceanography class!!!!!!!!!!
