Good Afternoon
Well the weather may be cold but it's gorgeous! the sun is sooo bright and cheerful.
Since i last saw people life has kinder settled down a bit. The evil ones have gotten on well at school and are making friends, i have a job in a school making kids be friends(lunch time assistant) So on that front all is good. I am waiting for a placement as a lollypop lady at a crossing near where i live. So i could be car bashing soon too.
York is bursting with stuff to do for all. There are markets of all different kinds, arts and crafts, museums, churches, shops,cafes and of course lots of pubs! Though even with all this i do miss being able to go to Romford or Eastham and buy my cheepo bargains. I shall be exploring Bradford, Halifax and Leeds markets to see whats on offer, but also to learn where everything is!
It's not as cheep as i was led to beleve though! houses, pints and some petrol prices are but i don't drink am not buying a house and don't drive, so i haven't noticed life being much easier money wise but hey ho!
Its good to see Cookie evey month or so and she has seen how the House is coming on, it needs alot of work doing to it but central heating this year is a must, my bedroom in the loft is doing ok but i had a hard time adjusting to getting up and down a ladder hahaha! must have fallen off it so many times but Marcus has promised to get it sorted this year along with a front drive and a new shower so i am going to be really busy decorating, gardening, tiling which i've not done before (and broke giggles!)
I have met some of the York lot ( lovely lot there are too) and i have enjoyed the "local wildlife" when out in the evening with friends having a drink grins! I went to Leeds on saturday for a good dance and shake out me cobwebs at Wendy House, so i had some fun.
I miss everyone horribly So!
........................Whos going to Whitby then??? and who wants to meet up?
