Short Post
Sorry for not updating, in over a month. Lots of stuff has happen some good and some bad. I will just gloss over the good, the bad and the very ugly.
Good
Jafax - had a great time as usual even with a toddler who loves to RUN! Spent some quality time with my favorite peeps and had a few good meals. Lets hope we can come back next year to our favorite anime summer camp.
Animix - well it was small,okay very small. con but the people who ran it were enthusiastic and sweet. We would return if they invite us back. Had a great Indian meal and spent some fun times with Brett W. and Ms. Tiffy. I can't wait till it cools down so we can go to the Schliterbahn and do the wacky water park thing with a toddler.
Bob and Ems visiting twice in one month! -- need I say more?
Big Eli getting hitched this August. Hell has indeed froze over! Congrats on your upcoming nuptials dude, you deserve to be very happy.
The G man coming home from a 10 year stay in bean town. So, glad you are back dude.
Spending the forth with my mother's wacky side of the family. It was a great time as usual and what happens at Lake Hugo stays at Lake Hugo...........

The G man undergoing a temporary separation from his lovely bride - so sad to hear of this.
Megan, my favorite Arlington home-girl, moving off to Seattle at the end of the Summer. I am so going to miss you!
Very Ugly
Watching Joe May my step father die after a seven year battle with throat cancer. The hardest thing I have ever done was sit in on a meeting with the doctors and my mom discussing if we should take him off life support.. I never really got along with Joe, but I hated to be a part of this decision and would not wish what happened to Joe on my worst enemies.. I just hope Joe is at peace and is no longer suffering.
Megan's father dying after a brief illness and not knowing how to help with her grief after she helped with mine. I wish there was something I could to do to help ease her pain.
Ems not getting the job she desperately wanted.
I am sure I have forgotten something and I apologize to anyone I have overlooked.
But I do want to say that during all the crap I had to deal with last month my husband was always there for me and I am so lucky to have him in my life as well as the sweetest baby boy in the world. I am indeed blessed.
