(no subject)
I was looking back on some of the journals I had written before...and I was thinking....how cool it'll be to look back on all of this in 10, 20, 30 years from now. Provided this site still exists. I never really wrote in a journal before this. Just periodic entries here and there. I still have a hard time trying to keep up with this one lol :)
WEll, not much is really going on. I met with Rebecca, Lisa, Megan, and liz today for lunch. We played Euchre, (of course me and liz won...lol :) It was so cool to see everybody again. It's been so long...Really though, It's only been a year since we all graduated, doesn't really seem that long I guess if you think about it. I can't imagine what everyone will be like in 10 years! Our first high school reunion lol hehe :) (I've had a lot of time to think lately as you can tell :)
I saw star wars! Like one friend told me, it was worth seeing, but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. It was kind of violent. At least for my tastes.
I have been praying more than ever lately. Praying about so many things. That my dad will come to Christ. For friends, my family, the war, my church, my self, So many things....Every night I get out my book (The purpose driven life, awesome by the way) and my bible. I've tried to make it a habit. Thank you Lord for always listening and answering my prayers.
Summer is finally here. Such awesome weather we've had these past few days! Today me, Brent, my mom and dad all went on the rail trail again bike riding. It was so fun! Good exercise too...
I'm hoping to go visit Madonna university next week. It's in Livonia, which is outside of Detroit. I like the location much better than Marygrove, which is in kind of a bad part of Detroit, but I'm not ruling that out yet. I'm also still discerning on becoming a nun, and praying to let God lead me. I feel like I really need to just concentrate on finishing college right now, but still keeping the possibility of being a sister in my mind.
Camp starts next thursday. I've got to leave the house at like 8am to get there in time. Earliest I'll be getting up in a while! I'm excited though..it's so much fun up there and I learned a lot too. Plus Katie and Jesse are coming! That'll be neat. :)
I'm going to hit the sac in a few. Can anyone tell me how to put your picture on your lj? I have no idea how to do it, but I'd like to try :)

PS. I'm going to try to get up earlier and go to church tomorrow morning! I really want to go, we have daily mass at our church, and I should take advantage of it....yeah.. with camp starting, I can't go to 11:00 mass anymore, I'll have to go to 8:30. :( I'm going to miss the 11:00 group for choir. oh well. :) Yeah. Adios amigos.
