so I went in today to talk with an advisor about classes to take next semester. Looks like I'll be in for the long haul. I've got Bio, Eng, Nur, Soc, Phl, and Mth for next semester. 17 credits, as usual for me. I can't even apply to the nursing program at Delta (which already has a two year waitlist) until I take these and three other courses. So If I actually take all these classes, I might be two years out of school. Unless I decide to transfer. The difference, as I found out today, between a nursing RN degree, and a bachelors of Nursing (BSN) is that you can be a supervisor. That's not what I want to do anyway! I want to be in contact with patients, on the floor. So the dilema....if I don't transfer, what do I do for two years? Obviously work...but what else??????????????????????? I guess I do have the option of getting my associates and graduate in the spring, and transfer, to get a bachelors of libral arts in spanish or whatever, and then go back and become an RN at delta? But that makes no sense.....I think I'll have no choice but to transfer into another nursing program...maybe Ferris....Grand Valley....lol sorry if I'm confusing anyone here...I'm just trying to sort out my thoughts.
Well...back to h.w.,
Catch ya'll later,
God Bless!
