Sure! Post would be $3, and since the page is only $1 value, I would also add a $1 handling fee. So the total would be AU$5 :)
(If there's anything else you might like, you could bring the total up a dollar or two and avoid a handling fee.)
As for detaching pages, I was just going to cut the wire. I'm assuming the calendar function has no value to anybody once I start removing the pages :p
(PS This quote made me realise that just adding a minimum buy to my sales conditions would be better than a handling fee. I'm going to add that, but it won't apply to this quote, since I hadn't thought of it yet!)
