(no subject)
uuugghhh this is what happens when you get up for work monday-friday at 645.....on the weekends you just naturally wake up at 7/730..it happened yesterday and today...at least yesterday i fought it and slept in till 8ish but meh this morning i woke up at 730..ugh.
my weekend was boring as usual didnt do a whole lot. read the weather reports today and we are suppose to get 1-2 inches of snow tomorrow morning...lovely..me driving in the snow = panic attacks.....i HATE HATE HATE driving in the snow and now im in a situation where i cant say "o i cant come in today because its snowing" nope. as a full time employee that shit dont fly no more unless i want to use my PTO hours...which i dont cuz i need to save that stuff for more urgently important stuff...like laying on my death bed or wanting to go on vacation.
I saw the movie Juno yesterday...by myself...yup i had the guts to go to a movie by myself. First blanton was working alllll day so i was home alone and second i really wanted to see that movie. Usually i make fun of my mom for going to the movies by herself cuz its something i would never do, but i did it and am proud of myself. I liked the movie i thought it was really cute. There was this scene in the movie that made me smile when Juno and her dad were talking about making love last forever and her dad said something along the lines that "you have to find someone that loves you when youre pretty, ugly, a mess, pretty much always thinks the sunshine shoots out of your ass" i think that quote is sooooo true :) I do recommend people to go see that movie, i doubt you would be disappointed. I also found out this morning that another george romero zombie movie is coming out "Diary of the Dead"....just doesnt stop....Night of the Living Dead, Day of the Dead, Dawn of the Dead, ...the one in the city.....and now this one *sigh* i'll probably go see it since i was raised in a zombie loving house. The thing with zombies is they scare the crap out of me but are one of those things that i cant look away either.
Well i best take a shower now. Blanton and I are heading up to his school so he can buy his books today and then we are meeting his friend for lunch. ciao
