aww shit man, everyone I know (including me) is sick lately.

if the sleep thing is a big issue now (sleep issues are always big issues in my experience) then have you considered melatonin if you aren't already taking it? it helped me when I was having trouble.

I will look into this melatonin if more exercise fails to exhaust. Right now I only go for a walk every two or three days. ._.;

For the sleep thing, I recommend exercise. Even just going for a short walk around the block or through the park will be enough to wear you down a bit if you're not used to it.

Maybe give that a go?
