Called dad, we talked and appaaaarreeeenttttllllyyy Safeway either fudged up, or has some policy that even if an employee isn't working in their store, months later they can receive the extra holiday pay they didn't receive at the time for working a certain day (July 4, in this case). $60. IIIII've been stressing on money lately and this is perfect, fits out of my calculations so it's A-OK to use it on Borderlands when that shit comes out.

(Currently saving up for a new computer, this one is fuckin' ancient. Should be more than four hundred for a 4GB+, I theoretically have almost $200 to spare--odd job that will pay me $100, forty dollars in cash, thirty I haven't cashed in check yet--and stepdad/mom both suggested that failing my being able to pay for all of it, come Christmas they'll help out. Given how much manga-I-don't-read is sitting on my shelf, Amazon is another bet. Ouran volumes 1-9, MeruPuri 1-4, Bleach 1-5 and 8-12, Model 1-3, etcetera.)
If anyone's interested, I can put up a list of the shit I'm willing to sell \o7 maybe a few games, too!
