Pokota.
I don't see how people have difficulties distinguishing between Pokota's voice and that of GACKT. At the same time, I can't deny that Pokota has something that makes his voice a bit different. Not sure if it is OK to generalize, but his voice fits into the VK scene. If you showed me a song by him, I would very likely guess that he was a VK musician. However, unlike a lot of voices, I don't think his voice is "cold". It's neutral. Not cold, not warm.
He is pretty skilled, though. His command over his voice is really good. At least it was in the videos that I saw/listened to.
I was not too impressed with him at first, but I had to change my mind after giving a try. I still know next to nothing about this dude, though. Just that he's a lot younger than G and that a big part of his blog consists of: ( ∩＾ω＾∩).
Obviously he's a nico nico douga celebrity and being considered a Gackt … admirer?
