Now, here's some links of japanese fanart sites:

Now, all of those are in japanese and it might seen hard to navigate in the beggining, but it's actually quite easy. You just have to look for the 'gallery','pic' or 'illust' links. It's where the illustrations usually can be found. I also recomend for you to check de 'oekakis' since there's tons of artworks hidden in some of those. And also, try to check the link pages of those sites, cause I only gave you 6 adresses, but seriously, there are hundreds of Fullmetal fanart pages out there ;D

Also, if you are a doujinshi buyer, have you ever heard of JPQueen? I know people that bought stuff there and to me it sounds like a nice doujinshi selling place =3 <-I avoid this place because I seriouslu want to buy EVERYTHING O.O
