The Crew on Vacation???
Ack, Fanfic writers everywhere are falling over in a faint, either because they have already written this scenario, or they want to. Anyway, the release date for the second issue of the Better Days comics has been announced - April 9, 2008 - but get the plot synopsis:
The second issue of Serenity: Better Days, follows Mal and his rag-tag crew on a short-lived vacation, where they explore their fantasies and confront long-forgotten enemies.
Explore their fantasies?? Wha--? Ok, I think they mean Wash. Naked beach or long hot bath?
And how "long-forgotton" are these enemies? And doesn't that sounds like a fanfic description?
You'll remember that Issue One (due out March 12) finds the crew pulling off a lucrative heist in a job that actually doesn't go south, so they are, for the moment, wealthy.
Anyone who wants to entertain us with scenario, please feel free. I myself am still working on really old challenges. And pelirroja_ljc, if you're still among us and not too busy sharing cell #s with famous authors, I did yours!
