What is wrong with this weather? There's something... wrong about it... I don't feel very well. Is this some kind of virus?

[[ooc: Yeah, he's having issues. The weird weather has scrambled the modifications on his data that Oikawa put there to keep him friendly and tractable. He's now in monster form, roaring and lurching around the compound, attempting to attack anyone who gets in his way. Of course, he can't really hurt anyone, but he can still throw Snake Bandages, which are harmless but annoying for anyone who gets tied up in them. His aim's not that good, so it's up to you whether or not he catches you.]]
