Ok, so I think Cas was going to tell Dean about Chuck's Vision of Death at the end of 4.18. And that's why he got pulled. I also believe he was brainwashed ala Dark Angel. Wth Abgel lasers that shine into his pretty pretty eyes and made him hurt. I also might have a theory that angels kidnapped Ruby and used her blood to torture Cas.
But, uhm.... yeah. Wow. Cas. Poor Cas. And Dean. Did anyopne else LOVE the shot of Dean watching Jimmeh and Mrs. Jimmeh touching forehads and being all lovey? Becuase he looked jealous. Very jealous. Like, get your fuckin' hands off my angel, bitch! jealous.
And at the end? Cas still showed compassion to Jimmy, but was vry cold to Dean. Probably because the other angels tortured him and told him to stop sucking Dean's dick telling Dean things. I also think it's an elaborate ploy. So that Heaven thinks Cas is obeying, but then in 4.22 he'll turn around and take a demonic bullet for Dean and then tell him all sorts of shit and make out with him as the world ends make out with him as the world ends.
And Sam? Way to look like a freak. Really. The whole blood-smeared look may work for Dean and Cas, but not for you. So stop. go detox. You need it.
In conclusion, Dean nad Jimmeh both need hugs (they should hug each other), Sam needs to go to rehab (he said 'no no no!'), and Cas is playing ahrd-to-get in the hopes that saving Dean in the end will ultimately win his love (no one's sure how happy Jimmeh is about this).
