I decided to post some pictures of "our" patio critters. I took the ones of the hummingbirds, the frogs, and the ground squirrel today. The hyacinth picture was earlier this year. The sparrows were from last year. My icon is the silly little squirrel that used to come and eat lunch while hanging by it's feet. I think it was from two years ago...
It's always SOMETHING. (We love this stuff!)
(don't forget to click on the thumbnails!)
Pond with fish
Our fish when the hyacinth was in bloom. They are in the pond all winter. The fountain keeps an opening in the ice if it forms. If it gets really bad we have a heater... but that is rarely used.
Ground squirrel on feeder
The nerve of the little guy!

Two of the Smaller Frogs
By the pond, waiting for bugs or the things Robert tosses them.
Another Hummingbird
Sitting on the second feeder. These little guys are around practically constantly!
The Biggest Frog
He's kind of hidden in the plants. Robert feeds them grubs, worms, and meal worms! They are already coming to him.
The *Chipmunk* on the Feeder
He never moved until I touched his tail!
The Hummingbird Feeding
Robert makes these guys new nectar (boiled sugar water) every couple of days. They are so spoiled!
Sparrows Last Year
These little sparrows had practically no fear of Robert.
A Closer View
They are eating seed Robert put down for them.
It was thundering and raining earlier but now the sun is back out. It's been an interesting day...
ps. Robert came home all smiling because christinA had told him at work that I had been taking pictures today. He's going to want me to make another album I bet! :-)
