Way to brighten up my Monday Level-5/Nintendo! (But there is a Nintendo in Sweden? Who would have thought....?)
I have been on could nine since this morning after those screens...untill I found out their names.
THEIR GODDAMN ENGLISH TRANSLATED NAMES. Mark? Kevin? NATHAN??? Oh poor Endo, Someoka and Kazemaru. But at least they are better than AXEL BLAZE. (Although Gouenji does spin around like a blazing axel sometimes...) The only name that even fits from what I've seen is Handa's name: Steve. But then again, boring and generic sounding names fit him...
I get that all those funky sounding Japanese names needed to be changed, but really? I'll be wincing everytime I read the text at this rate. (Which I WILL be doing BTW. I'll import it from Sweden if I have to!)
Anyway, I am kinda bummed that its only the first game they are translating so far. (In my opinion, it's the most uninteresting one of the series. No FFI guys or creeper aliens! Plus I'll be mentally crying everytime one of the characters KIDOU curses Kageyama too...)
I'll cross my fingers that this series becomes popular over here because I am desperate to see the Spark and Bomber translated. And so help me, if they screw up the names of my beloved FFI guys heads are gonna roll. (But there probably will, seeing as there is a Mark on the Unicorn team as well...)
Looking forward for soemone to announce its release in mainstream Europe! And if this is a hoax life will not be worth living anymore...
