Master. A young witch that kidnapped Bambi and Tink and put collars on them. Things have changed a lot since the beginning, and Bambi is protective of and loyal to Arabia, views him as something like a father figure.

Best friend since before the collar. Bambi is always looking out for Tink, basing most of his decisions on Tink's wellbeing and happiness. They're a set, and are usually found together.
