One BIG Headache!
Ok...so they're referring me to Neuro for my daily headaches.
In the meantime, we asked [nicely I might add] at work if I could get the bulb removed from the fluorescent light above my head as an interim experiment. They have like a metre between lights; it's artificial lighting overkill in there. Anyway... after 4 days of banishment to the 'quiet room' where the lights are not movement sensitive, we've been given an answer. That's correct ladies and gents, it's a resounding NO.
Soooo plan of attack?! So far it's to take it up with Occupational Health and see if they have any advice...and as a reward, I get to camp out in the 'naughty cupboard' - Wooo Peace and quiet for me. I'm not holding my breath that we get anywhere with it at work, but I'm putting my faith in the Neurology Department.
