And...Relax.
My contracted hours are 37.5 per week. This week I worked just under 50 hours, including a tiring day away in London that also took away half of my last weekend, all while full of cold. I am so so tired! I have also been experiencing these weird electric shock shooting pain sensations in my head :O/ Tonight a small number of us had an early night out at a Turkish restaurant for an old colleagues 40th birthday, followed by what was supposed to be a couple of drinks but turned into missing the last train home again. We had a giggle, and it turns out I needed that so badly :O) Even this antisocial bod sometimes needs some people time!
