2011 Project365: Day ThreeHundredThirtyThree
Making Aubergine and Mint Hummus. The last time I used a hand blender together with chick-peas, I blitzed three of my fingers on my left hand. I am still convinced this is why my fingerprints did not match on my last trip to NYC, and I got ushered into an office :O/ No accidents today though, you will be pleased to know :O)
