I just can't believe this...
Last night, I was heading to my favorite bar. I pass a side street. I spot a TODDLER by herself on the intersection of 101 and the street. I whipped my car around, stop to block her way onto 101. After a brief conversation about her monkey, she let me pick her up and I abandon my car and start walking up the street. 75 yards up the road a lady comes out and gets her kid. They left a sliding glass door open. I was speechless. Shocked. That baby was gone a really long time. She was going to try to cross 101. Go to the BEACH. Are you fucking kidding me? How do you miss a two year old long enough to walk almost a football field length away? I do not understand people...
