Ok, so I seem to be in a habit of doing this...

My thoughts on Merlin let me show you them! (Spoiler free- for now)

I love the show, and I really wish that the person responsible for allowing people to watch international TV in any country/state/province-what-have-you, would hurry up already. I bet it would be very profitable and marketable. But, NOOO- not until we get over the mine-mine-mine-ness of our TV shows. OK, I’ll stop bitching about entitlement and go on to that I really meant to talk about.

Merlin. A BBC show that is absolutely fantastic. Well, if you like fantasy, witty dialogue and more possible pairings than you can shake a stick at. Granted, the show takes a few liberations, but that’s what makes it interesting- it’s a new twist on something that has been around for ages. Personally, I really like the new ideas that the show has taken- and talk about conflict every episode. In addition, the writers seem to have a bet going on to see how many times they can put Arthur’s life in danger within the span of one episode.

I know some people might be kind of skeptical about it but as long as you are open to new ideas the show is kind of refreshing- I mean, so many people have made movies and books on the original Arthurian legend that this show is a nice improvement. Moreover, it has lots of eye candy, if you needed any incentive to just watch it. >:D

In addition, this post would not be complete without me expressing my love for Bradley James, his stupid faces and crooked teeth.

Edit: Also, I need to state that Colin Morgan has awesome ears and, apparently, is not as innocent as he looks.

made of awesome, bbc merlin, fandom, colin morgan, bradley james, british tv shows
