Hm. That's eighty-five words a week. If I can't manage that, I suppose I should just quit altogether. So I guess I'm in.

Nirvana, Come As You Are

(scratches head) I don't understand that song.

Depeche Mode, The Love Thieves

Hmmm, that sort of makes me think of Servalan...

[Nirvana, Come As You Are]

(scratches head) I don't understand that song.

I don't think many people do. When I was looking for the lyrics, I ran across a discussion thread with people claiming it's about accepting others. But I, based on the lyrics and delivery, think it's an extremely hostile song about the singer's response to betrayal. But the guy who wrote it killed himself, so I guess we'll never know. :-P

[Depeche Mode, The Love Thieves]

Hmmm, that sort of makes me think of Servalan...

Reminds me of Avon, or more properly Paul Darrow, so I guess that's a pretty close reaction.

You can add Buffy, SG-1, and Red Dwarf to my 'can write' list, if it helps any. Though it's more 'will' than 'can'. ;-)

I won't add them if you wouldn't enjoy writing them.

Oh, I'd enjoy writing them. It's the people reading them we'd have to worry about. :)
