Hey,
I know I said I'd call Friday, but looks like I need to talk earlier.
Something huge is going down at the city. You know what those articles we joked about a couple weeks ago were saying? Apparently, it's not a joke. And Final Destination City may be next.
We've been preparing to defend the city for a past couple of days. I think we can beat whatever's coming. This is what the school does. It teaches academics, it teaches life skills...but first and foremost, it teaches how to fight.
I'm just letting you know that I'm safe right now. I know it's not the first time I've been involved in something big, but I'm stronger now. Don't worry -- I'll be back with you after the school year ends.

P.S.: Goombaria can keep that book I loaned her a little longer. It's kind of not a priority right now.
P.P.S.: If it's not too much trouble, can you let some of the old gang know, if you know where they are? The same goes for Parakarry and Watt's families -- I don't know if or when they'll say anything themselves. I just don't want anyone to be left in the dark.
