Question
I have a question, it's not a spoiler itself but the reason why I'm asking is and thus.....
It's something I have heard time and time again from the Old Schoolers, and then fellow New Schoolers who've also heard of it (or perhaps read why). But it seems to be a fact that a Time Lord, when hit full on by a Dalek ray can't regenerated.
Now, the Doctor has had glancing blows from them in the past, according to the BBC web site, so that's why I put 'hit full on'. But where is it in cannon that we're told you don't regenerate from such a thing. Is it in an episode, a book, comic or Big Finish or is it fannon?
