I don't have much to say this week...or at least not yet. Maybe later when I rewatch the episode after I download it Saturday. Maybe something else will occur to me sometime between then and now.
A thing outside of a cut and the other thing in.
1) I kinda figured the Writer's Strike had to do with this Season being so short. While Kring supports the Strike it's kinda funny that he managed to finish writing it up, even if he rushed it, before he actually threw his support in. Still, it's more than a little wonky to me that Season 1 was 23 episodes and Season 2 was only 11.
I'm wondering if it would've been as long if not for the strike.
2) Does anyone have any doubt that it was Bennet that shot Nathan? Too perfect if you ask me. He makes the deal to rejoin the Company to stop Claire from exposing them. Claire's biological father, Nathan, decides to do as she was planning to do so her adoptive father kills her biological one.
It's almost like a Greek tragedy.
3) Okay, one more thing. I had kinda hoped that maybe Hiro had teleported Adam into the far future where there was no more life and dropped him into a volcano. That probably would've killed him and if not at least he'd be unable to hurt anyone anymore. However, while lovely and creative, Adam can actually get out of there. Vampires have been doing it, in other fandoms, for ages. Adam's immortal and while starvation might be a factor...you gotta figure that eventually he can get out of there.
Give the main title of Season 3 it's likely to me he will get out. Then again, maybe not. Maybe this new season will have Sylar and Mr. Muggles fully come into their own.
