Spent 2 hours talking and praying with the roommates. For all of you who are not in Christ, I wonder how your relationships hold up. How empty would my friendships be if Christ were not there? Some friends are more valuble in certain areas than others, but common faith is an incredible bond.
It's so good to sit down and talk about anything, whatever's on your mind, whatever you're struggling with in life. We're so anti-relational and isolated as Americans. It's a shame we are frightened of sharing ourselves with those we love, and equally a shame that we are sometimes afraid of listening to the thoughts and struggles of those around us.
Reader, I challenge you to love on someone today. Nothing but good can come of it.
