my car died today. as much as i hate that thing, it got me around. its getting towed to the mechanic tomorrow and hopefully will be fixed by monday or tuesday. everyones been telling me it sounds like i need a new starter, which hopefully wont be too expensive. i never realized how much it sucks relying on people for rides and not being able to go places. if my car would have just held out until monday, thats when i was going to take it in. oh well, at least it died in my driveway and not in the middle of the road someplace. i really was trying to avoid the whole paying a tow truck thing though.

in other news, hmmm. not too much has been going on with me. joanna and i moved out of our apartment a couple of weeks ago. i moved back in with my mom so i can try to get as much out of debt as i can. the not paying rent thing will hopefully help me pay some bills, but jesus christ, im almost 25 years old and living with mommy. how pathetic is that.  i just hope that when im ready to move out, i will have somewhere to go. im going to start looking into debt consolidation soon, i figure thats the quickest way. has anyone done that? was it a good idea?

i really miss my cat. butch had to stay with joanna because my mom has a cat-eating dog and didnt want him to get eaten. which is in his best interest, but i miss him.
