Thoughts

Today was my first day working again since leaving the AFIP. I'm doing construction with my Uncle Malcolm in Westminster, helping him remodel and fix up a house that he bought, so that he can sell it soon.

I was planning on making a long post about the work I did today, and I spent a lot of the day thinking about things that happened so that I could write about them later, but now that I'm finally sitting in front of my computer, I'm so exhausted from working that I can't even think straight.

There were other things I had planned on writing about today, in depth, but after a long and (hopefully not just to me) meaningful phone conversation, I've changed my mind. The last thing in the world I want to do is hurt someone, especially someone who is so close to me, and although it's so hard for me to figure out where a lot of things are right now, I sometimes tend to forget that I'm not the only one in this situation. There were so many things that I really felt needed to be said earlier today, but now that I've had time to think about talk about them, I'm not so sure.
I know that's a bit cryptic and probably very poorly phrased, but I'm tired, so leave me alone. =P

I don't want to say too much about it here, but basically there's a really large event coming up this week that I want to take somebody very important to, but for various reasons, she doesn't feel comfortable with it. I understand her reasons completely, and I can't say that I disagree, but I also know that I'm going to hate myself so much if I let her miss out on this experience. It's one of those things that you can't just do later; one of those few things that comes along so very rarely, that you would put everything else aside for that one night, just to experience it. I'm going to regret it so much if I allow this opportunity to slip away from her... I just wish there was something I could do to show her that. I wish I had some way of expressing myself better.

I guess for now, this is all I have.
