I have been watching the Olympics nearly non-stop. It's really helping to pass the time while I sit around in the house not doing anything constructive. I am looking forward to trampoline, rhythmic gymnastics and synchronized swimming. I've seen some badmitten and a touch of table tennis, both fun to see. Lots of volleyball going on currently, can't say I'm such a huge fan, but the beach volleyball is okay. I'm liking the USA teams of both men's and women's in beach volleyball. I love men's gymnastics, like women's and the swimming is fun. I like the faster races of swimming, not the long distances (1500m), but I don't think those have started yet. I like edited full length games - like the volleyball and soccer, just see the exciting parts, skip all the boring bits, but I like to see other competitions all the way through, like synchronized diving, which I think is a dumb sport, but whatever, two divers vs one, it's all spectacular.
I guess that's all, I really like the Olympics and they have been a gift to watch this time because I have very little else to do, and it should help pass the time come my next hospital stay. Track and field should be coming up soon, I like the decathalon events and anything below a 800m run.
