Back in school/Back to Life
I need to update this thing more regularly and not my myspace blog. Myspace should be fluffy and puppies, etc. etc. This should be more anti puppies and cold and spiky. I don't know.
Week 1 of fall semester. Man oh man oh man. I'm completely intimidated by most of my classes, mainly my comp class 'cause the discussions have been intense, and it takes me a minute to form my thoughts into solid backable arguements. I worry that I'm going to fall behind because I'm too scared to speak up. I'm really going to have to work on that, and it's topics that my friends regularly discuss only so much more complicated. Sigh. I'm going to join the honor society as well.
Last night I cleared the air with a friend of mine over something I unintentionally did last week, the details are unimportant, what is important is that we cleared the air and really had a great conversation about it, complete with men bashing, and us trying to reason how a 21 year old man can have the emotional maturity of a 32 year old, and how a 32 year old man can have the emotional maturity of a 21 year old. It got ugly, as far as us bashing 32 year olds, and lovely with our praises of 21 year olds. Confused yet? Good.
I have a huge workload this semester, I haven't been sleeping much, and I have an extreme desire for salmon right now. Homeward I go, and a stop at the store. I have a long night of studying ahead of me.
I also made a new friend? today, well I hope we become friends 'cause he is like super smart and in my comp class and comes up with the best points ever, and I totally want to be his friend, his name is Anthony, we had a nice discussion pre and post class. Yay.
