Awwwww I had so much fun with this I almost forgot it was fic. It could have been a Castle script. Love how you handle the various relationships here.

That's awesome!!!! So much love for this fic. I actually like that Castle doesn't want her to be his alibi, because he probably thought he had to protect her. And I love that Lanie and Esposito just know.

LOVE this Fi. Your interpretation of that spoiler is a goodie, and the way they deal with the situation is really in character. The use of the senator is great.
