OK so days like today I totally love living in Vancouver :P
*bounces around happily*
The short version: My day started at 5AM and my brain died right around the time I saw Joe Flanigan out the window from work...:P
So I got stuck with the Sunday morning 6AM shift (which sucks cos its the early morning shift without the seeing of Chuck on his way to work part), figured I'd go to bed at midnight you know...nice and early but not too early...
But I wasn't at all tired. So lay awake till about 4...probably later 4 was just the last time I looked at the clock, slept a little bit and woke up before my alarm went off at 5:15AM...*sigh*
So got up again after about 45 minutes of sleep and threw my clothes on and walked up the hill to Starbucks. Karina was the other person working so that was good, no crazy-insane-bossy people...
At about 10AM some guy comes in wearing a big puffy North Face vest...and you see these vests are usually worn by people who rok on Atlantis cos they have these ones with "STARGATE ATLANTIS" written on the back of the collar thing...
He turned around and sure enough he had the "STARGATE ATLANTIS" written on it. Hehe so I grinned stupidly at him and told him to have a good day. Gah am so over Starbucks customers though...why do they have to be so frelling fussy?

*rolls eyes*
Anyway finished at Starbucks and went across the road sat in the bookstore for an hour reading this travel book that was really interesting...then bought lunch and went and ate it at Eco in the staffroom. Was on the clearance (third) floor first up...*snores*
So took me bout ten minutes before I was bored and decided to go check out OR gear online...cos omg I apparently got 2nd place for this competition i didn't know existed on who could sell the most OR gear...so I get $100US spending money on OR gear lol - pity I don't really like that much of it but oh well there is this nice jacket I wouldn't mind...
So am standing at the desk looking at OR stuff and glance out the window...
And hello there's a guy standing across the road who clearly had Joe Flanigan's hair :P And I mean there's only one man in the world who can possibly have that hair...
So I'm like "OMG Joe Flanigan doesn't hang around here!!" and then I realised he was with a little kid *squee*
Cos OMG Joe Flanigan in black t-shirt and jeans + a little kid = so so so cute!!!
Then he stopped and was waiting for someone and his wife and other kid came up too!! Aaaw cute little Flanigan family...
His kids are SO CUTE!!
So I'm happily perving out the window and Jana comes up to bitch about something...
Me = *staring out window and occasionally glancing at her* "Yup...aha...oh yeah...uh huh...hmm..."
And then he was gone...
This resulted in me staring out the window for the next two hours in hope :P Hope didn't work :( And they didn't decide to come shop in Eco either...damn...
But OMG Joe flanigan made me squealy LOL I wouldn't have minded talking to him outside a convention environment just to see if he was any different but oh well...
He's still hot!

Oh right rest of my day...
Well my sales were shit and had a good time chatting to Jules and Russel before Jana reminded us that our store got in trouble from a secret shopper who reported to the owner that we just stand around talking all day...
Whoops...*rolls eyes* Well we never get customers (just good views...and no im not talking bout the people on the street the view from the third and second floors is absolutely amazing on a clear day...must take a picture)
Er and then I walked home...

Oooh another Melbournian applied for a job at Eco!! He'll probably get it...cos it seems like we only hire people from overseas :P
