Be proud of me, LJ.
I was on my lunch break at work last night and went to Borders. While perusing the manga section, I came upon Spice & Wolf volumes 1 and 2. Which was awesome enough in its own right because I can never find S&W stuff anywhere. And do you know what was crammed in between them?

I think I died a little inside from sheer fangirly joy. And I grabbed the first one up to buy it, because I had a Borders coupon and everything, and was almost up to the cash register when I thought to myself, "You know, I need money for gas more than I need this book. Or the manga. Or any fandom stuff right now." So I put it back and went back to work. And I was really proud of myself, because other than fandom, I don't generally spend money doing other nonessential things. So I tend to splurge on anime and manga. And merchendise. And cosplay. So, yes, LJ, be proud of me for saving my money to buy, lyke, food and stuff.
And I will conveniently forget to mention the fact that I bought noticed both Part 1 and Part 2 of Nabari no Ou on RightStuf for $15.99 a piece.
