[MOD Post] A sad farewell, the story's ending
So, as I'm sure you've all noticed, posting here at MukashixMukashi has been very... sparse.... The thing is, given the lack of activity leading up to our Halloween event and then the total lack of it at the event time, we feel like maybe this was just too daunting of a RP for such a small group, most of whom have other RPs they are already involved in as well. I'm not pointing any fingers, and if I did, it'd be at the mods ourselves for losing the motive and getting discouraged to post when no one else was to try and encourage activity.
We made some blunders on the way as well, such as having to fix the entire posting format about halfway through the RP's short-lived time and I don't think that helped any either since we lost some players before we could alleviate that problem. In any case, I regret to inform you all that we feel it for the best to close Mukashi down so people can better devote their attentions to other pursuits. We just don't feel like there is enough activity here (from both players and mods alike) to keep the RP driving forward and advertising for more players just doesn't seem to have been doing it.
I'm very sorry to see it go though and for those of you who played here, thank you so much. I really enjoyed this RP while it lasted and all the characters were great and you all had such amazing fairytale ideas for them! I'll miss playing with all of you and for those I'm still playing with in various places, I'll still miss the characters you held here. Everyone really was amazing, we had a great, if not small, cast. I hope you all had fun while you played here and good luck to you all for further ventures. I truly hope I cross paths in RP with some of you again because you all rock. ♥
