[Mod Post] Events to Look Forward to!
So it's been a bit slow here lately, which honestly, I understand. This time of year starts to get a little busy and lots of people are on hiatus or have midterms coming up. BUT, hopefully to encourage some people to post and give them ideas, here is a glimpse of what's coming in this next month or two.
Random Battle System. Oh yeah, you read that right. We are in a fantasy-based world with creatures abounding and yet, they've been strangely quiet don't you think? Soon though, from time to time (thus the word "random" of course) creatures and monsters may happen upon your characters! OH NOES! But if they endure these encounters there will be rewards, both big and small. *Ooooh aaaaaaah* XD; We still have to work out the kinks and do the write up for explaining this, but this will be ready in the next month or so to implement. Look forward to it!
Halloween Masquerade Ball thrown by Prince Maguri. Invitations to this will be being sent out soon to everyone with a book (and trust me, he's going to try and convince anyone who plans on not attending to do so, persistently) and other nobles/princes across different lands and traveling within Axis Mundi. The details will be within the invitation, but it shall be taking place in the story on Halloween in Axis Town and the actual log event will be longer to allow time to play of course. Will have specific dates for you all when the invitations go out. ^___^ Expect masks, mistaken identities, first meetings, lost hearts, food, dancing, and much more. (lol, sounds like an infomercial XD;)
Halloween, Narrator Style. Maguri isn't the only one with plans for Halloween either. The Narrator has been bored and feels like more entertainment and what better way than play with their very own characters, hmm? Details and instructions for this will be posted a little closer to the actual event with some time for people to plan, but just as a hint of what's in store, players should start thinking of stories (inspired ones or totally original) fit to terrify, shock, thrill, and spook. Think of it as atmosphere building to one very lively night to come. >D
Suggestions? SO, I was wondering, we have some very crack-minded creative minds around here, so does anyone have suggestions for events they'd like to see at Mukashi? We'd love to hear whatever you all have to offer, so just comment and let us know! We need the help to get those creative juices flowing for some ideas! ;.;
