Well, today was an eventful day. Mike and I spent four hours downtown at various medical places. Instead of him getting better, he's getting worse in terms of the cold we both contracted. His cough is something real nasty, and the symptoms are much like that of pneumonia. So, we went to the walk-in, and were sent to the X-Ray clinic in the Medical Arts building. Mike is supposed to go back there tomorrow to get the results. I hate seeing him in such misery. While downtown, we ran into the Canpar guy that delivers to Hull's --- I never got to say goodbye to him, but I don't intend to. I'm bound to run into him every now and then! I also got to introduce him to Mike...."So this is your husband"! was his response :) Plus, I dropped into Hull's to talk to dj_bennyb and see if I was welcome to come back and do some receiving work. I checked my finances yesterday, and I won't be able to wait until January to find work. So long as I don't have shifts that involve working on the floor, I will be more than willing to put in some hours. However, I'll need to check with the bosses on that one. If they want me on the floor, then definitely not. I'll go work in the box factory :)
