So, my friend Shawna lent me the first two seasons of Stargate SG1 in an attempt to get me into the show. Anyhow...I'm sitting there watching the first few episodes and my immediate thoughts upon the different characters were as follows:

thoughts: I know that person from somewhere.......oh, yeah! They were on an X-Files episode....actually I think

Major Carter

I've been buying X-Files on DVD for a while now and just this week I was watching an episode from Season 3 where Major Carter from SG1 had a brief role. It was the one where Skinner is supposed to sign his divorce papers but instead goes to a bar and gets picked up by a woman who turns out to be a call girl. He wakes up to find her dead in the bed next to him. As soon as she walked up to him at the bar I said to myself "Hey, that's the doctor from Stargate! They're probably gonna kill her." When he found her in the bed I remembered watching the episode on TV years ago, before SG1 was made.

It seems that every actor out there has either been on the X-files or Law & Order before their career takes off. X-files Season 3 alone was graced with Ryan Reynolds, Lucy Liu, Giovani Ribisi and Jack Black. Of the 4 Lucy Liu's the only one who made it out free and unharmed.
