Woot to the Woo!

Despite completely disregarding my meal plans for the weekend (eating out, eating whatever I wanted), despite getting triple triple coffees from Timmy Ho's almost every day, despite helping myself to some chocolate now and then at work, despite ALL THAT, I still managed to knock off two pounds this past week! I was not expecting to have lost any --- infact, I was expecting the opposite.
I stood on the scale, staring in disbelief. I'm sure my instructor was rather amused when my reaction was "WHAT!?". :)

Sadly, today was my instructor's last day on the job. She got a job as a nanny out in B.C. and leaves tomorrow....so I hugged her goodbye (we all did) and wished her the best. It would be nice to see her back at Curves someday. She will be missed!

I have found, now that I make a point to drink plenty of water during the day, that I have absolutely NO cravings for slurpee. Not even a little bit. It's good.....because now my body isn't being pumped with crazy amounts of sugar like it used to be......but it's so weird, too. I never thought I'd see the day when I could go nearly a month and not even care to have a slurpee.
