There must be more to life than this. Going out every other night. Too much sex, too many drugs, too much booze. Doing whatever it takes to drag together the money to do it all over again

I think that we (you and me) think in exact opposites. If you think you're old at 20, if you think the world contains no more wonders, then I feel sad for you. Here I am, bursting and wishing to be able to see the world, knowing that the 80 or so years of life I'll probably end up having won't be enough to do everything I want to do, knowing that at 80 years old I'll still feel young... when there are so many countless wonders, so many mysteries, how can anyone feel old, that they've experienced everything life has to offer? It boggles me.

What is there that you haven't seen? A hell of a lot.

Its surely capable to feel old while being young... though I think it comes more from a feeling of boredom or exhaustion =) Mr. Trede here has a point in his statement that theres still alot to see in the world, maybe, you know.. something like, The world itself?

Lol. Yay! Matty! *hugs* Long time no see, sorry we didn't get a chance to see each other when I was up that way. How's it been (when's the wedding? lol)

Things are going pretty well, busy but pretty well... wedding is being delayed, a few other things that need to be taken care of first, a needing to move back away from mum and dad, but a fear to with their ill-health and stuff like that... Missed you guys, and looks like I'm going to miss steve who's in town at the moment, unless its an 'on days off' period off time, social events just ain't happening, lol.

I was just growing too tired of my situation at the time. But now I've dyed my hair a lovely golden brown, painted my nails and have a fabulous new look to strut around with. I just need to refresh my perspective every so often. Life grows dull if you look at it with the same eyes for too long.
