Holiday Cheer (~Yarrrrrr~)

Firstly off, I feel that I should issue an apology; I forgot my brother would read the previous post, which resulted in most-discourteous results. But (with the speech-giving thumb gesture*) I still persist that he does not localize his excrement in the manner he says!!1

Teh Living Christmas Tree (First Baptist Huntsville's annual Christmas shindig) is oof with a bang! The music isn't mind-blowing this year (with the exception of "Bellsong Fantasy", a really-cool arrangement of "Carol of the Bells"). Traffic = 5uXoRZ last night (multiple wrecks on I-65, but getting onto 31 prolly wasn't the best idea either 3_3; incliment weather didn't help) so emmylime and I pretty much missed the only rehearsal we could make; ergo, I sight-read about 57.4% of the music. I still really enjoy being in it though; just ain't the season till it's tree-time.

Haven't done one of theses in a-while: saw As Good as it Gets last weekend. Jack Nicholson does a fan-frichen-tastic job of playing a lovably foul-mouthed bigoted pessimistic severely OCD'd best-selling author; Helen Hunt plays protective single mom struggling to take care of her ailing son; Greg Kinnear plays an empathetic gay artist who's obsessed with his Brussels Griffons (tiny-dog as pictured here). The story weaves the lives of all three characters together for an ultimately good watch. Recommended.
I GIVE IT AN "A-"!

Also last weekend, I watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail for the enumerableth time and remembered just why it's one of the frichen best films of all time. Seriously. If you haven't seen it (in which case, you probably don't exist, but) I will personally slap you (really hard, mind you) and force you to watch it.
I GIVE IT AN "A++"!!1

Katie and I are almost done with all th'XMAS shopping (with at least 11 people on our combined list); I actually feel I did a good job on Katie's present this year ^_^. I look forward to wrapping XD

Also, I look forward to an obscene amount of DDR tomorrow XD...and laundry. Obscene amounts of laundry.

So, this is me telling y'all to have a good time during this break!

Also, Ytmnd of the Day: (even though this d00d down-voted the other Ytmnds, it's still hilarious)
Chunk addresses Congress

*you know, that thumb gesture that looks like you're giving a thumbs-up while trying to pull off the one-inch-punch; Big Willie C did it all the time in his speeches, no?
