Girl's weekend = AWESOME!!!!
Gad, I miss Mariya and Alyssa.
Friday - Got to Alyssa's around 6:30 or so. Ate pizza and the most incredible buffalo wings I've ever had....and some chocolate cake. Mariya arrived shortly after. After Mia ate, we headed to Chula Vista so Alyssa could show us around. Went back to the apartment and hung out, played a few games. Somewhere in the middle of watching TV and chatting, I fell asleep.
Saturday - Got ready and headed to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. After that, we headed to the outlet mall. Bought a shirt at Lane Bryant and a few headbands and a pink, glittery, plastic tiara. Alyssa bought a tiara, and Mia bought a "birthday girl" tiara and a feather boa. We decided we were gonna be silly and wear those when we went out for dinner. After shopping we went for lunch at Pedro's and then back to Alyssa's to rest for a bit. Had our appointments at Chula for pedicures. Oh, I LOVE pedicures! So relaxing! Then we got all pretty in our tiaras and headed out for dinner at Monks. After dinner, we went to Knuckleheads for go-karts and the arcade. Had a ton of fun. Back to Alyssa's and watched TV and talked. Fell asleep.
Sunday - Got up and got ready. Packed up the car. Went to BK for breakfast. Wished Mariya a happy birthday and said goodbye. :-(
Got home around 12:30 and spent time with my husband who claimed he couldn't function without me. He didn't let me go for quite a while, but I didn't mind one bit. I missed him a lot too. And, Sunday (11/11) was 6 months since Tony and I were married! We went for lunch at Wendy's....watched the end of the NASCAR race....went to Target. Just had a great day with Tony and relaxed.
I miss my girls already, though. I wish we all lived in the same city like before.
