Everything all right there, Weasleys? I know the news came as a bit of a shock, but your mother and I are prepared for this. Well, I think that your mother wants to have a few more lesson on more specific magic, but she could always hold her own quite well. Quite a woman your mother is, and I'm pleased to have her by my side in this.

Mum? Dad? You just got back! And who's going to look after the Burrow? It'll shrink again, you know it will.

It's not like we'll be away from the Burrow all the time. Just quite a bit of it, and besides, your mother and I don't need a house for nine people when there's just the two of there.

But you don't even have room for a goat there now, you know. And anyway that's not the point. The point is, Ron's right, it's a terrible idea.

The goat doesn't need to live in the Burrow. It can live on the grounds and those haven't got any smaller.

But that's still not the point. The point is, you shouldn't do it.

Why?

It's not safe. And you've already been to two wars, which should be enough for anyone.

Two wars is more than enough. But I'm not going to stop fighting for what's right just because my children think I should sit at home and smoke a pipe because I'm old. I don't consider myself old at all.

We have room for the goat, dear, we just don't want to take care of a goat. And besides, we can't very well keep a goat if we're not going to be at the Burrow regularly.

Well yes, that's it exactly. You shouldn't go.

We shouldn't go perform a service vital to the Order because you want us to stay home and babysit your goat?

It's not my goat! It's the Headmaster's goat, you know it is. And anyway you're missing the point on purpose now.

As are you, dear.

If they can't keep track of who's living at the Burrow it's no wonder the poor house gets confused.

Well can you blame it when you keep bringing things to live there? First wild luggage and now a goat. Not that I mind, mind you, but honestly, the house is much much older than any of us and I think your menagerie confuses it.
