I've decided that since my old journal is really part of my old life, I wanted to start fresh and clean with a brand-spanking-new journal. It's not friends-only (yet), but might be in the future, depending on how things go.
In this journal, I intend to talk of many things...of shoes, of ships, of sealing wax, of cabbages and kings...and why the sea is boiling hot...and whether pigs have wings.
Okay, maybe not really (but who knows where those lines came from?). I'll be blogging about the world as I see it - the world viewed through the window of the working mother, of the wife, of the teacher, of the moderate liberal, of the Texan woman...take your pick. I know I'll take my pick, depending upon which (cowgirl) hat I choose to wear on any given day!
