Ah~ Looks like a lot of other people have found this network. Probably a good thing, maybe other people can help them out. I'm not very familiar with some of these locations..BUT NEW YORK! Not a bother at all~ As for what's going on, I can't really answer. As far as I know, some people screwed up technology and everything's been like this since. You aren't the only one, though, dear.
