Happy holidays everyone...even if it's a little late. Oh well.
I had a pretty good Christmas. I got some neato things. Such as a stereo, a new desk, lotions/bath stuff galore, tons of dvds (including my favorite- Detriot Rock City), hoodies galore, jewelry, money, and some other random things.
I'm excited. Sex's present is at the post office as I type. I wasn't here when the mailman came yesturday. So my dad is picking it up after work. I'm excited.
My break has been going pretty well. The first night (Tuesday), I slept over at Ashley R's house. So much fun. I ended up burning her with a rock.
Wednesday was Christmas Eve. We went to the traditional McMahon Christmas dinner at my grandma's house. My grandma changed up the tradition a bit....actually letting the kids sit at the nice dinning room table, whereas the parents had to sit at the kitchen table. Not many of them were too happy about this change. Eh, deal with it. I got some pretty nice gifts. My uncle got me 2 hoodies and a beanie, my aunt Moe got me another hoodie, my grandpa got me a sweater, Kevin got me a Finch tshirt, Kelsey got me some bath type stuff...that has these balls that turn into oil and stuff (which 2 were missing), and she also got me some lotion and nailpolish (which was brand new...she says), and then my grandma gave me some money and socks. She actually gave everyone socks this year. I think she's offically losing it.
Christmas morning did the whole opening presents thing. Afterwards we headed up to my grandpa Jerry's house (my dad's dad) and did the whole Christmas thing there. The majority of the time spent there was washing dishes...since their dishwasher broke. Begeezus. My hands were raw by the time we left.
After that, we went to my uncle and aunt's house. They couldn't make it to my grandpa Jerry's house seeing that my aunt is due in like 2 weeks. So yah....driving up to the bay wouldn't be very comfortable. But while we were there, we got stuck into watching their wedding DVD. Argh....when well the wedding shit end? They ended up giving me some money, which is always nice.
So yah...that was my Christmas.
On Friday Kevin came over...and he's pretty much been here ever since. I'm thinking about getting him his own toothbrush.
Friday night I think it was? Kimi, Sam, and Heather stopped by. We rocked out to the Spice Girls. Great fun. I missed seeing Kimi : (
But yesturday has got to be the highlight of my break so far. Nesa and I headed down to DC for the day for our first annual "Stitch and Bitch Fest". Twas quite grand. We started out at the Holocaust Muesum, headed over to Dupont for lunch, and then went to Georgetown for some shopping. We then hung out at her house for a bit, before I went home. Great day. We made plans for her to come over here on New Years. Woo!
Ah well, I believer I wrote enough. Cya.
